The rupee is falling, the onion price is shooting up: elections are coming up (2014)!

And how do you get people to vote for you?? You launch a food security bill to give subsidised food to 2/3rd of the population... that's a lot of starving people... 0.8 billion! It has not been disclosed however how the Government (impersonated by Sonia Gandhi, president of the ruling party, on the drawing) is gonna pay for it...
